Salary : $14.00-$18.00

We're looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about working outdoors and looking to start a career in landscaping to join our team and contribute to maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes for our commercial clients.

We offer a fun collaborative team environment with a competitive hourly rate of $14.00-$18.00 based on experience. This role will include benefits such as health insurance, a 401(k) matching, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and more. This is a full-time position, and Monday-Friday flexibility is required.

Responsibilities for the Turf Care Apprentice include :

  • Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to ensure our clients' landscapes thrive;
  • Perform key turf-care activities to maintain landscapes at their optimal appearance;
  • Regularly assess the health of the landscapes, addressing any issues that arise;
  • Work with a licensed technician to train and obtain a Commercial Pesticide License (3A, 3B, 6) and a Chauffeur's License.

Requirements for the Turf Care Apprentice include :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • 1+ years of landscaping experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate;
  • Reliable transportation required;
  • Valid drivers license and a clean motor vehicle report.
