Nights and Weekends 12+ hour shifts

Pay Rate $16-$19 / hour depending on experience

Job Description :

Responsible for cleanliness in the Hatchery

Responsible for pulling birds and getting them ready for sexors

Sanitizing machines, floors and ceilings

Transferring the eggs from setter to hatcher

Box making, stacking, packing and other general duties

Maintain proper handling, cleaning and safety of the birds

Meet all of the operating procedures as outlined by company policy

Job Qualifications :

Ability to handle moderate to physical work

Must be able to complete repetitive work and stand for extended periods of time

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

Must be able to perform tasks with limited supervision

Proven reliability in work attendance and willingness to give best effort

Must have own reliable transportation
