Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities
Perform intakes and assessmentsCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planFacilitate Psychotherapy Group SessionsAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsQualifications
Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist (Outpatient) RequiredCrisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR certifiedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organizedUnrestricted Active Louisiana license : LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or PLPCMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldExperience in outpatient behavioral health preferredStrong clinical and documentation skillsFamiliarity with evidence-based practices and co-occurring disordersProficient computer skills , including use of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and telehealth platformsAbility to manage documentation efficiently and securelyBilingual candidates encouraged to apply
