StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $227.95 - $246.75

This facility is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday – Friday, Clinic and Surgery
• Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases : bread and butter ear, nose, throat (ENT) procedures
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Certifications Required : must be board certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS)
• Licensure Required : Wisconsin license or Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC)
