Were looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Sarasota, FL!
In this role, youll be the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out with warranty or service requests. Youll log and track each request, assign the appropriate technician or trade, follow up to ensure completion, and keep the homeowner informed throughout the process.
This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a knack for coordination, and a desire to grow their knowledge in the construction or homebuilding industry. You dont need deep technical experience if youve worked in customer service, admin, or construction support and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to homeowner service and warranty requests via phone and email
- Create service tickets and assign them to internal technicians or subcontractors
- Coordinate scheduling between homeowners and service teams
- Track the progress of repairs, follow up on open items, and close out tickets
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and homeowner communications
- Learn how to triage issues across various trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Assist with homeowner satisfaction, follow-ups, and pre-move-in walk-throughs as needed
- Work closely with the construction and field teams to ensure timely service
- Provide excellent customer service every interaction matters
Requirements :
12 years of experience in customer service, office administration, or coordinationExperience in construction, warranty, or trade environments is a plus, but not requiredStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Comfortable learning new systems and processesA team player with a professional and positive attitudeAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced settingMust not have applied to this role within the past 6 monthsOther perks! :
