The Property Management Specialist contributes to 85C's success by providing analytical support for strategic projects, while driving improvements and making recommendations to senior leadership. The position is responsible for property troubleshooting and coordinating with property owners and landlords, performing site research on existing and future sites, while serving as a point of contact for general property management and overall lease administration. This position will report to Business Development Manager.
Required Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated experience in the position duties and responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage remote activities, vendors, and partners.
Ability to apply financial planning and market analysis to the property management process.
Knowledge of new store project management, including estimates, contract, build-out, and lease negotiation, etc.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and email inquiries, and close with a successful conclusion.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to travel on a regular basis with overnight stays, up to 10% of the time.
Job Duties
Act as a point of contact for property management and general lease administration.
Perform new site research, demographic study and spatial mapping; and conduct routine studies on existing locations. Work with Real Estate Director on preparing and presenting Real Estate presentations to the senior management team.
Work in collaboration with Finance & Marketing to prepare financial proformas and perform sales studies.
Support analytical projects by creating robust and detailed modeling with minimal guidance. Access creative information sources to gather the necessary data.
Perform special project as needed and manage / coordinate new initiatives within the Business Development division.
