Hours : 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime required.

Compensation : $18 / hour - negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities Include :
- Answering telephones
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Closing files and preparing them for storage
- Typing (possibly including transcription of attorney dictation)
- Proofreading documents
- Photocopying and scanning
- Electronically filing documents with courts, agencies, and arbitrators
- Monitoring, printing, and saving attorney’s mail and emails
- Scheduling meetings and hearings and maintaining attorney’s calendar
- Making travel arrangements for attorney
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the attorneys
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentExperience as an administrative assistant or educational equivalentTranscription experience preferredDetail-oriented and highly organizedExcellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanorStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesWillingness to learn
