Position Overview

The Laborer in our Precast Division is responsible for pouring, removing and storing of precast products and inventory of materials in a fast paced work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and breaking down molds for large precast wall block
• Pouring and finishing to achieve finished product.
• Assists in the loading / unloading of trucks
• Assists in completing shipping / receiving documents and reports
• Moving and staging products and materials using a forklift or loader
• Maintaining clean, neat, and orderly work areas inside and outside the precast facility and yard areas
• Coordinate with Operations Management, Accounting and Warehouse department in daily sales processing, including customer pickup from the warehouse or customer delivery
• Communicates stock needs and discrepancies to appropriate personnel
• Responsible for participating in daily, weekly, monthly, yearly inventory as required
• Ability to listen effectively and follow instructions
• Display a professional and courteous attitude towards co-workers, supervisors, and the general public
• Follow strict adherence to Company safety policies
• Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
