Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking a strategic analyst to join our North America Refinish Pricing team. This role is critical in driving pricing excellence across our business, ensuring profitability, compliance, and alignment with market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive pricing strategy
  • Develop and execute price increase initiatives.
  • Set initial and adjusted pricing based upon market trends and competitive intelligence.
  • System & Policy Management
  • Ensure accurate pricing and conditions are aligned in internal systems.
  • Ensure consistent pricing policies across the NA region and product lines.
  • Evaluate new customer agreements for compliance with commercial policy.
  • Analysis & Compliance
  • Prepare and deliver pricing waterfall analysis with actionable insights.
  • Support internal / external audits to ensure compliance with SOX controls.
  • Segmentation & Collaboration
  • Partner with segment marketing to tailor pricing strategies by customer segment.
  • Support go-to-market strategies with pricing insights and segmentation outcomes.
  • Support a One Axalta mindset by engaging with teams across the organization, including color marketing, sales operations, finance, eCommerce, and product development.

  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of relevant analytical experience; or relevant pricing internship experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and SAP ERP Reporting Software.
  • Solid grasp of financial metrics (e.g., margin, revenue, cost structures).
  • Experience in revenue management and / or pricing strategy is a plus.
