Job Description

• Lead the development and execution of the company's tax strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements for income tax, sales & use tax, indirect tax, property tax, and payroll tax.
• Serve as the primary advisor to the CFO and executive team on all tax-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring, and expansion planning.
• Anticipate legislative and regulatory changes; proactively manage risk and identify planning opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with tax laws while minimizing exposure and avoiding penalties.
• Oversee all tax-related financial reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities for tax savings and operational efficiencies through proactive planning and structure optimization.
• Evaluate and mitigate risk through strong internal controls, documentation, and ongoing compliance reviews.
• Maintain current knowledge of evolving tax codes and lead implementation of necessary changes.
• Serve as the company's subject matter expert on all tax matters, providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of tax processes and systems.
