job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPrimary Care ENT (launch product) Pain Management Rheumatology Orthopedic Podiatry Drive new Rx growth and market share across target specialties Launch and detail a new ENT product with crisp messaging & pull-through Cultivate and expand prescriber networks—especially in Psychiatry and ENT Plan efficient routes aligned to territory maps; maintain accurate CRM reporting Operate with high compliance and strong business acumen. ✅ 1+ year of outside sales experience (required) ✅ 4-year college degree (required) ✅ Already reside within the territory (no relocation considered) ✅ 2+ years corporate work experience ; we’re not considering brand-new grads Preferred : Recent pharma sales experience and / or active Psych or ENT relationships Strongly preferred : Experience selling antipsychotics / psychotropics (APS) or antidepressants ( SSRI / SNRI / NDRI ) B2B sales background : Base $50K–$65K Pharma sales background : Base $65K–$75K (up to $80K for the right candidate with current / recent Psych or ENT relationships) Benefits & incentives commensurate with experience and territory performance
