Job Summary :

The Project Manager will support the Business Development department—including Product Management, International, and B2B—by managing initiatives across teams and coordinating cross-departmental execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines. You’ll be the communication hub and scheduling backbone for a team that moves fast and expects flawless coordination. A sharp eye for detail and a passion for executional excellence are essential to succeed in this role.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Own and drive project schedules, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Coordinate resource planning and team schedules across internal departments to optimize workflows.
• Act as the primary contact for incoming and outgoing requests, prioritizing and assigning with speed and clarity.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks or risks, developing immediate solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate project meetings with precision—capturing action items, documenting progress, and following up accordingly.
• Keep the department continuously informed on timelines, status updates, and critical path items.
• Collaborate with Project Managers from cross-functional teams including Creative, Operations, Marketing, and Retail.
• Maintain organized project documentation and systems that support fast communication and align with the standards of the organization at large.
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase project speed and efficiency.
• Create compelling summaries and visual updates to communicate progress across all departments.
