Step onto the floor of our industrial component manufacturing facility in Downers Grove and take ownership of OD / ID grinding work that supports programs for SpaceX, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing. As a direct hire on our team, you’ll set up and run grinding operations that keep aerospace moving.

A day in the life

You review a blueprint, plan the sequence, and complete machine setups for production runs . You dial in an OD / ID grinding machine , verify your setup, and grind to spec—every time. You keep production flowing by reading prints accurately and moving confidently between the tools listed below.
