Corporate Strategy Analyst

A company is looking for a Corporate Strategy & Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the M&A evaluation process, including candidate pipeline and financial projections

Conduct strategic analysis to support long-range planning and market opportunity identification

Maintain corporate long-range models and perform scenario analysis

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting

Extensive knowledge of Excel and financial modeling

Understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis

Experience in market analysis and research

Familiarity with CapitalIQ or similar research databases preferred
