Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with key decision-makers in the Mid Market space to understand their training and development needs
Design and implement customized learning solutions that address unique challenges and drive strategic objectives
Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to organizations, championing the company as their strategic learning partner
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS / EdTech space
Structured and proactive approach to outbound lead generation
Ability to understand strategic challenges and translate them into effective learning solutions
Experience with consultative selling and building trust with senior decision-makers
Familiarity with CRM tools and software, such as Salesforce and Slack
