What You’ll Do :

Engage and Assist : Conduct windshield inspections, assist customers with setting up glass claims, and manage promotions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Promote and Educate : Showcase services that meet customers’ needs while maintaining honesty and transparency in every interaction.

Stay Informed : Participate in client meetings and webinars to stay on top of product knowledge, customer acquisition techniques, and sales initiatives.

Contribute Ideas : Share feedback on improving processes and enhancing customer retention strategies.

Maintain Records : Collect and secure customer information like emails, phone numbers, and addresses with confidentiality and care.

Close Deals : Be prepared to answer questions, address objections, and confidently close sales when necessary.
