Corporate Payroll Processing Coordinator

JBS is looking for a Corporate Payroll Processing Coordinator to join our team onsite at our corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. We are seeking a collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset who can partner effectively with our locations to deliver exceptional support.

Responsibilities :

• Process Kronos / UKG biweekly payroll for the corporate office
• Process SAP payroll weekly for the US and Canada
• Coordinate and process weekly off-cycle payments
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees and HR staff addressing payroll questions and concerns through phone and email communications
• Enter and upload payroll data into SAP and other systems including earnings, deductions, and other requested payments
• Review payroll errors and exception reports, and make necessary corrections to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review banking returns and work with HR to correct accounts and reissue payments timely
• Prepare and distribute weekly payroll reports and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests as needed
• Perform various payroll-related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager
• Other duties as assigned
