Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Indirect Channel Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Generate broker commission payments and perform analytics related to broker agreements

Support the onboarding of new brokers and maintain ongoing broker relationships

Implement reporting and process improvements to enhance the broker experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in transaction processing, back-office operations, or operations analysis

Knowledge of CRM and / or commission platforms is a plus

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Excel and PowerBI

Understanding of process control techniques and policies is beneficial
