Location : Bloomington, MN (Hybrid – In-person & Telehealth)

Job Type : Flexible Hours. Very Part-Time to Full-Time (Minimum ~8 Client Hours / Week)

Are you a compassionate therapist looking for a flexible and supportive work environment?

We are a small, collaborative private practice in Bloomington, MN, seeking a licensed mental health therapist (or pre-licensed clinician working under supervision) to join our growing team. We welcome providers who are passionate about working with children, adolescents, and / or adults in a way that best supports both the client and clinician.

This position is highly flexible and can range from very part-time (starting at ~8 client hours / week) to full-time, depending on your needs.

Qualifications :

Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology).

Licensed or working toward licensure in Minnesota (e.g., LPCC, LGSW, LICSW, LMFT, LP).

Experience or interest in working with children, adolescents, or adults.

Self-motivated , professional, and committed to client-centered care.
