Business Analyst II

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II - Timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact

Translates user requirements into functional specifications and creates models and documentation for developers

Manages requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicates changes to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience

2 - 4 years of related experience

Experience with data processing and knowledge of health care payer business functions is desired

Familiarity with Agile Software Development is a plus

Intermediate ability to work independently and identify basic problems
