A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily call volume and ensure service level priorities are met
Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience in a similar role is desired
Must remain in the current role for at least 9 months
Ability to work full-time and / or part-time based on position specifications
Willingness to work shift work and overtime as required
