A company is looking for an HR Contractor for parental leave coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers during the coverage period
Manage the recruitment lifecycle and HR operations, including onboarding and compliance requirements
Coordinate employee events and support the execution of HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role
Working knowledge of all People Operations functional areas
Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Greenhouse ATS and Rippling
Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
