About the opportunity

Join a fast-moving manufacturing team in Jackson, TN 38305 where precision matters. You’ll be the go-to specialist who ensures our CNC mills and lathes are set up correctly, run reliably, and produce parts that meet exacting standards.

What you’ll do

  • Set up CNC mills and lathes following engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Operate equipment, verify dimensions, and adjust feeds / speeds to stay within tolerance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and diagnose issues to minimize downtime.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan machining operations.
  • Record production results and machine performance metrics accurately.
  • Partner with teammates to shorten setup times and elevate throughput and quality.
  • Follow safety procedures and keep the work area orderly and compliant.

What we’re looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical CNC education / certification preferred.
  • Proven background as a CNC Machinist or Operator.
  • Confidence reading prints and understanding geometric features.
  • Solid understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
  • Comfort using precision gauges (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Team-first communicator who collaborates effectively.
