Position summary : 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking experienced and recent graduate CDL‑A (Class A) drivers for regional dry van routes. This role offers predictable regional schedules, modern equipment, 100% no‑touch freight, and weekly home time for drivers operating the Northeast
- Base pay : $0.80 per mile (80¢ / mi)
- Performance bonus : Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Accessorial pay :
Multi-stop : $20 first stop / $35 second stop / $50 third and subsequent stops
Long Island (borough) : $65Detention : $12.50 per hour (after 2 hours)Home time : Home weeklyPaid training : Paid mentor‑led training for the first 4–6 weeks; training pay $650 per weekArea of operation and equipment :
Regional routes in the NortheastLate‑model Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissionsDry van freight, 100% no‑touch deliveriesPrimary responsibilities :
Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours‑of‑service requirements.Transport freight on assigned regional dry van routes according to schedules and customer instructions.Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and other required documentation.Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers; follow established pickup and delivery procedures.Ensure proper load securement and adherence to handling procedures for dry van freight.Report incidents, delays, or compliance issues to management and cooperate with incident reviews and investigations.Minimum qualifications :
Valid CDL‑A (Class A) license3 months of SOLO driving experience with a CDL-A Tractor trailerMinimum age 21Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial driversAbility to pass required drug screening and background checksProficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customersPreferred attributes :
