Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests and provide status updates to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
Document inquiries and resolutions in software systems and maintain productivity and quality assurance standards
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Experience with multi-line phone systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
One year of experience in data entry, medical records, healthcare, or insurance claims processing is beneficial
Ability to pass annual HIPAA examination and a 90-day ROI Certification course
Must provide a high-speed internet connection for remote work
