Must-Have : Candidates must be willing to respond to on-call needs, including weekends.

Description :

This position sets up all radiographic equipment prior to performing angiographic procedures.

Processes and performs quality control checks on cine radiographic images.

Assists in preparing patients for procedures.

Assists other members of the cath lab staff and physicians as needed.

Ensures timely and efficient use of the cardiac cath lab.

Assists in prepping patients, sterile tray setup, post-cath care, and procedures, and room clean-up.

Manipulates equipment and sets appropriate techniques on radiographic generators to achieve optimal image quality.

Operates a variety of electronic equipment including cardiac output computers, oxygen saturation equipment, hemodynamic equipment, and pacemakers.

Performs oxygen saturation studies and cardiac output measurements.
