About The Position

San Angelo, Texas Anesthesiologist Locum Tenens Day Shifts

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist (ABA) to provide locum coverage in San Angelo, Texas. This assignment offers weekday day shifts, a wide case mix, and the ability to work independently in a modern facility with competitive compensation and full travel support.

  • Location : San Angelo, Texas
  • Coverage Dates :

November 24-28, 2025

  • December 22-26, 2025
  • December 29, 2025 - January 2, 2026
  • Shift Structure : 6 : 30am - 3 : 00pm, Monday-Friday
  • Call : Not required
  • Operating Environment : 13 ORs
  • Staffing Model : Anesthesiologists working their own cases; CRNAs practice independently
  • EMR : Epic
  • Travel : Provided

    • Case Mix / Clinical Scope

  • General Anesthesia
  • Orthopedics
  • Neurosurgery
  • ENT
  • Vascular
  • No OB, cardiac, or transplant cases
  • Regional blocks required

    • Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certification : ABA required
  • Licensure : Active Texas medical license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience : Proficiency with a broad range of anesthesia cases, including regional blocks
  • Skills : Ability to work independently in a busy OR environment
