Quality Assurance Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Quality Assurance to join their remote development team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Quality Assurance team, enhancing quality assurance processes and tooling

Mentor and manage team members, conducting performance reviews and one-on-ones

Collaborate with scrum teams to define, document, and execute automated test suites for web portals and APIs

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a quality assurance organization

At least 7 years of hands-on experience as a quality assurance tester

Strong proficiency in UI test automation frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright

Proficiency in implementing automated test suites in JavaScript and / or .Net C#

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent professional experience
