job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop innovative uses of Kyriba (e.g., API adoption, custom dashboards) and disseminate knowledge internally Liaise between Kyriba and Clearsulting, working with Kyriba Product to suggest new ideas, Kyriba Support to resolve issues, and Kyriba Account Management and Sales Executives to drive new business Lead trainings and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables Provide coaching and mentorship to the Treasury team's senior analysts and analysts Demonstrate ability to manage people, develop teams, and coach more junior team members Showcase effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance Experience with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management Systems (TMS) 3-5+ Kyriba certifications and prior implementation of Kyriba Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities Ability to maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and demonstrate the Clearsulting Core Values each day Medical, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO Paid parental leave Retirement plans Flexible work environment Cell phone reimbursement Access to mental health apps Life insurance and disability coverage Opportunities for ad hoc bonuses
Consulting Manager, Treasury
Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely. Office Options : Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. Travel Expectations : 0-10%.
