We are searching for a hardworking individual with passion and experience that is ready to take the lead as an Associate Industrial Designer , located at our Boca Raton, FL location! We’d love to learn from your experience and also share with you all of ours.

As an Associate Industrial Designer, you will be supporting the Product Development and Industrial Design team by creating, editing, and managing 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings of flooring tools and related consumer products under the QEP portfolio of brands.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Create detailed, photorealistic 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
• Convert 2D drawings and hand sketches into accurate and manufacturable 3D CAD models.
• Revise and update SolidWorks files and associated documentation based on design changes or feedback.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to meet design intent and technical specifications.
• Maintain an organized database of CAD files and ensure documentation is current and accessible.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to support design projects.
• Identify and troubleshoot design challenges during the development phase.
• Provide technical input and CAD-related support to the broader Product Development team.
