Job Summary :

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects to support hospital operations. This role involves working closely with various clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and summarizing project status for Hospital Leadership. The Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional projects that drive organizational change and strategic initiatives, coordinating efforts across multiple departments to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Projects must be delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities : Project Oversight :

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects that drive organizational change and strategic initiatives, coordinating efforts across multiple departments.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Hospital Leadership and various stakeholders.
• Coordinate special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership, ensuring they align with organizational goals and priorities.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
