Overview
The Willis Johnson & Associates (WJA) Wealth Management Development Program is a structured two-year rotational experience designed to build the technical foundation and professional confidence needed for a long-term career in wealth management.
During the program, you'll gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the client journey, rotating across :
- Client Onboarding – learn how new client relationships are established and supported
- Client Operations – serve as "mission control" for paperwork, transfers, and custodial processes
- Tax Operations – partner with our in-house CPA team during busy season to see tax strategies in action
- Portfolio Management – contribute to reporting, trading, and investment analysis
- Financial Planning – support advisors in developing comprehensive, client-centered financial plans
At the end of the program, you'll be prepared to pursue advancement as a future financial advisor, operations leader, or tax professional.
