Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a small team of client setup specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback
Monitor and report on client setup progress, ensuring SLA expectations are met
Set up and maintain client accounts in internal systems and collaborate with multiple teams
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or some college coursework in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with health insurance products and group benefit structures
Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
