Be a part of the St. Mary of the Woods Community! We are looking for a part-time Non-Certified Nurse Aide to work in our 5-star healthcare facility. The STNA is responsible for providing resident care according to an approved care plan; understand and practice infection control procedures; comply with all documentation / record-keeping policies including vitals. Schedule includes working every other weekend and every other holiday : 3 : 00 p.m. - 7 : 00 p.m. (Part-time - 24 hours per two-week pay period) 3 : 00 p.m. - 11 : 00 p.m. (Part-time 48 hours per two-week pay period) 3 : 00 p.m. - 11 : 00 p.m. (Full-time 80 hours per two-week pay period) St. Mary of the Woods Community : St. Mary of the Woods was built with a deep Catholic foundation, and it has an impeccable reputation for quality care in the marketplace. Qualifications : Experience : Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred. Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations and pass a post-employment-offer physical exam. This requirement includes drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to accurately plan and carry out assignments without direct supervision. Proven history of good judgement, integrity, and consideration to others Maintained awareness and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities. High level of commitment to compassionate customer service Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident.
