Carpenter Needed In Central Oregon

We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our residential construction team. This is not an entry-level position - we're looking for someone with hands-on experience in framing, finish work, and general carpentry who takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently or as part of a crew.

Pay : $23-$28 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Location : Projects in Bend, Redmond, and Sunriver, Oregon

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will :

  • Have proven carpentry experience in residential construction
  • Be able to read and interpret blueprints and plans
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Communicate clearly in English
  • Be safety-conscious and follow job site protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in framing, siding, trim, and finish carpentry
  • Experience with concrete forms, tile, and masonry is a plus
  • Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
  • Own a full set of hand and power tools (or be in the process of acquiring them)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • No drug use or excessive drinking
  • Able to provide references from past employers or clients

  • Framing and structural carpentry
  • Installing doors, windows, siding, and trim
  • Concrete and masonry work
  • Tile installation
  • Material handling and site organization
  • Assisting other trades as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and safe job site
