Responsibilities
Provide leadership and coaching expertise to prepare the team to represent HCC in practice sessions and intercollegiate contests.Create and maintain an environment where the pursuit of higher education is a priority and student-athletes respect and abide by the student-athlete handbook.Cultivate an environment that promotes sportsmanship, open communication, team discipline, and respect within the athletic program.Support supervision and administration of the respective sports team under the head coach's direction.Qualifications
Minimum Education / Experience : NJCAA compliance and eligibility rules knowledge.Other knowledge : General coaching and athletic program requirements as applicable to the sport and division.Working Conditions & Additional Information
