Local Contract Respiratory Care Practitioner - $24-34 per hour

First Connect Health is seeking a local contract Respiratory Care Practitioner for a local contract job in Hudson, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Respiratory Care Practitioner Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Local Contract Job Duties You will be responsible for the application and operation of acute care ventilators used for continuous short and long-term mechanical ventilation. You must be self-directed in the absence of the full-time Team Leader. You will maintain all department and hospital records and enter accurate information into the hospital computer for the therapy as given. You will set up and administer all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages. Job Qualifications Completion of a Vocational / Technical program or an AMA approved respiratory care program (Associates Degree); Bachelor Degree preferred. Current Florida State License (CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist. American Heart Association BLS health care provider required. ACLS, PALS and NRP within 6 months of hire.
