As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic retail and mall setting. Your primary responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to situations as they arise. You will interact with the public and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while addressing any concerns or questions. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
