TITLE : Plant Manager

LOCATION : Onsite in Lithonia, GA

COMP RANGE : $160,000 - $190,000 / year plus bonus

Griffith Foods is hiring a Plant Manager to be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing facility including Employee Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Production, Warehousing, Maintenance, Engineering, Sanitation and GPS (Lean Manufacturing) activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

• Ensure production of safe product in a safe way.
• Drive implementation of the GPS / Lean enterprise and continuous improvement cultural transformation.
• Foster a positive, engaging morale and an inclusive and participative environment.
• Deliver operational plan at budget.
