Job Summary : The Project Manager PM, QC and Financial Controls will lead the development and implementation of standardized project management procedures, quality control systems, and financial oversight frameworks across our engineering operations. This role is critical to ensuring consistent project delivery, accountability, and operational excellence.

Project Management :

• Develop and implement standardized PM workflows, templates, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate initial project setup, including scope definition, resource allocation, and schedule planning.
• Establish and communicate project budget hours to PMs and teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
