What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Lead Engineering Efforts : Oversee all aspects of engineering for your assigned projects, including process, structural, and mechanical engineering.
  • Project Coordination : Collaborate closely with project management and design teams to drive projects through design phases and into commissioning.
  • Technical Oversight : Ensure timely completion of critical tasks, such as P&IDs, mass balances, equipment specifications, and more.
  • Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Process Improvement : Lead special initiatives to refine and enhance engineering processes and standards.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience : 5+ years of experience in evaporation, spray drying, or other food equipment technologies.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD), basic 3D (SolidWorks), and Microsoft Excel.
  • Soft Skills : Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Travel : Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
