Responsibilities

  • Support senior bankers in transaction execution and client management
  • Lead day-to-day execution of transactions
  • Manage deal team junior bankers and review their work product
  • Lead development of key engagement marketing materials, including detailed financial and valuation models, memorandums, and other transaction-related materials
  • Identify potential investors, lenders, buyers, and acquisition targets
  • Manage transaction execution timeline
  • Support business development efforts
  • Provide mentorship to junior banking team members

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience focused on mergers and acquisitions investment banking, preferably within the infrastructure and environment space
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Strong sell-side M&A experience, plus buy-side and capital raising experience
  • FINRA Licenses 63 & 79
  • Proven track record of transaction execution including new business presentations, financial analysis, and marketing materials
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
