Crew Manager, Inflight Performance
This job is part of the Inflight Performance team within the Customer Experience-Flight (NFLT) group. The Crew Manager, Inflight Performance supervises and coordinates flight attendants' performance, investigates potential concerns, ensures consistency in policy interpretation, and helps flight attendants understand and navigate performance policies and rules of conduct.

- Manage the day-to-day performance reports for an assigned group of flight attendants.
- Leads all performance conversations and updates / documents flight attendants' record in the Attendance and Performance System (APS).
- Ensures flight attendants understand and comply with Inflight policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provides coaching and counseling to flight attendants to address performance concerns.
- Implements appropriate action for violations, up to and including dismissal.
- Supports Inflight initiatives related to flight attendant performance.
- Participates in task forces to problem solve and plan the future direction of the Performance team.

Current or Previous Inflight Crew ManagerFlight Attendant experienceKnowledge and experience with American-specific systems including SABRE / DECS-FOS, Absence Tracker, Attendance & Performance / Flight Caps, TableauExperience working with represented labor groupsSkills, Licenses & Certifications :
