We're Hiring : Shipping Specialist Location : Gerald MO Full-Time : Mon-Fri / 6 : 45am-3 : 30pm Pay rate : $16.45-17.60 / hr Weekly Perfect Attendance Incentive Bonus of $0.75 / hr, added to your check!

Do you take pride in accuracy, organization, and making sure things get where they need to go on time? We're looking for a Shipping Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing daily shipping activities, ensuring our products are packaged, documented, and shipped with precision and care.

What You'll Do :

Prepare shipments, including labeling, packaging, and documentation
Process outgoing orders quickly and accurately
Verify items and inspect shipments for quality and accuracy
Maintain accurate shipping records
Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues as they arise
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For :

Experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field (manufacturing experience a plus)

Basic knowledge of inventory management and shipping documentation

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Valid driver's license preferred

Ability to pass forklift training or demonstrate safe forklift operation

Reliable attendance and a commitment to safety
