At Crystal Sword Enterprises Inc. , were seeking motivated and personable Sales Associates to be the face of our retail team. As a key part of our customer experience, youll help people stay connected by guiding them through the latest in mobile technologyfrom phones and accessories to service plans and setup.

What Youll Do :

  • Engage with Customers : Greet shoppers, understand their needs, and recommend the best mobile devices, plans, and accessories.
  • Drive Sales : Promote new products and current deals while working to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
  • Stay Informed : Keep current with mobile tech trends, product updates, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Support Customers : Help with product setup, troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and general service questions.
  • Collaborate with Team : Work alongside other sales associates to foster a high-energy, team-driven environment.

What Were Looking For :

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus, especially in mobile or consumer electronics.
  • Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a bonus.
  • A passion for technology and helping others find the right solution.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
