Overview
Investment Banking Associate – Infrastructure M&A Advisory at Agentis Capital. This role supports execution of infrastructure-related and energy transactions and contributes to client advisory across sell-side and buy-side activities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments
- Develop complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, including the use of macros and VBA programming
- Assist in the management of due diligence processes, including managing third-party advisors
- Develop asset valuations using a variety of approaches
- Prepare client presentations and actively participate in discussions
- Evaluate investment opportunities and manage existing investments
- Research potential investment banking opportunities; provide research on target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies
- Maintain marketing materials for the firm, including creating pitch decks for potential clients
