What We’re Looking For
- Experience in internal communications, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to support a department of ~500 employees by creating effective internal messaging and high-quality visual content to enhance engagement and clarity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the development and execution of communication strategies that align with business goals and change initiatives.Create clear and engaging content for multiple channels : digital, print, video, and social media.Design and produce visual materials (presentations, infographics, brochures, newsletters) using Adobe Creative Suite.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.Manage day-to-day internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.Assist in maintaining corporate communication platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint).Analyse audience needs to tailor messaging and design.Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with design and content teams.Track effectiveness through feedback and metrics, adjusting as needed.Ensure communications comply with corporate standards and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications (Must Haves)
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.3+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or design roles.Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation.Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and communication platforms.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Requirements
Must share portfolio / work samples with submission.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience executing communication strategies , SharePoint site management , and creative asset development .Strong verbal, written, and creative communication skills .2–5 years of corporate or internal communications experience.Advertising agency background not suitable .Role includes significant administrative work with limited creative responsibilities .Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency.Adaptability to changing project needs.
