What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle in various roles, including Scrum Master and Business Technical Analyst
  • Support requirements testing to ensure minimal production defects and analyze results for customer impacts
  • Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and partners, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in IS / IT
  • Strong analysis and documentation skills
  • Understanding of the application product lifecycle and quality assurance processes

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
