CNA Key Responsibilities :
Perform all duties as per SC Department of Public Health (DPH)Promote a cordial environment for residents, families, visitors and other co-workers; assist in maintaining a "home-like" environmentAssist residents with ADLs and answer call lightsFollow the residents care plan or service plan as an instruction guide for how to take care of that residentReport changes in residents' condition to the nurse in change and maintain communication with the families of residentsComplete required documentation in accordance with community policies and state and / or federal regulationsMaintain residents' living area by ensuring that it is clean, neat and orderly, and in DPH complianceComply with all safety and sanitary standards, rules and regulationsRequired to work weekends, holidays and per resident needsPerform other duties as assignedReady to Make a Difference...apply TODAY!
