Position Summary
The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the successful definition, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs. This role requires strategic oversight across multiple interdependent projects and close collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery within defined scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints
- Navigate moderate-risk environments with sound contingency planning and proactive issue resolution
- Drive strategic planning at the program level, including executive engagement and cross-functional coordination
- Manage internal teams and external contractors to deliver systems and enhancements that meet business requirements
- Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle : scope definition, requirements gathering, time estimation, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Identify and mitigate risks, track progress, and ensure transparency across organizational levels

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field requiredAdvanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferredPMP or PMI certification strongly preferredPursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
